As an intern in the GM&E department, you will support sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue, supporting a culture of high quality standards and proactive selling.

Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: 

- Maximize revenue opportunities for conference and banquet hosting
- Assist in the review of business plans and ensure proactive measures to meet set goals
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions
- Contribute to the hotel's sales strategy
- Understand the market and implement approaches to ensure the hotel remains at the forefront of the local market
- Manage an events calendar to maximize performance
- Develop strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs
- Organize and support hotel inspection visits
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of planned events
- Participate in promotional activities for the hotel
