Group Reservation Coordinator - Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock

This is a full-time hourly based position working Monday - Friday.
What will I be doing?
- Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
- Works with the revenue team to set up pricing and inventory for groups utilizing OnQ and ensuring accuracy
- Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
- Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers.
- Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
- Provides clerical support and assistance to management.
What are we looking for?
- Previous administration/coordination or front office experience preferred
- Hotel industry preferred
- OnQ experience preferred
- Revenue or Reservation experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel experience required
