Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media.
- Graphic Design Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Proficiency with all prevalent MS Office and any other design software programs.
- Results-driven accountability for all graphic design efforts, which are tracked and evaluated.
- Experience in creating engaging content for social media, including graphics, videos, animations, and written copy.
- Portfolio of quality design samples, projects, campaigns, etc.
- Photography & Videography:
- Experience with photography and videography, including product photography, lifestyle shoots, and video editing.
- Familiarity with cameras, lighting setups, and editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Ability to use a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design.
- Social Media Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar), with the ability to use data to improve social media strategies.
- Experience in creating content for social media that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media and visual content.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques, including visual media and entertainment.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce innovative and visually appealing content.
- Ability to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time, and branding requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate design concepts and strategies.

- Attention to Detail:
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in design and content creation.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to write compelling and concise copy for social media posts.
- Experience interacting with computers and using software for programming, data entry, and information processing.
- Ability to contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall creative brief.
- Technical & Production Knowledge:
- Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts, printing, film, radio, and television.
- Keeping abreast of developments in design programs and social media trends.
