GME Senior Sales Executive

A Senior Conference and Events Sales Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Experience

•    Proven success in groups / events sales within a full-service or upscale hotel.
•    Strong track record of new business acquisition and conversion.
•    Solid understanding of group rooms dynamics and catering revenue drivers.

Sales DNA
•    Hunter mindset: resilient, competitive and target-obsessed.
•    Confident negotiator with strong closing skills.
•    Highly organised with disciplined follow-up.
•    Comfortable working autonomously with clear accountability.

Travel
•    This role requires a high level of mobility and a strong on-the-road presence. The individual must be willing and able to travel regularly, as success in this position is built on consistent in-person meetings, face-to-face sales calls, and active engagement within key markets.
•    We are looking for someone who understands that meaningful relationship-building happens beyond emails and phone calls, it requires showing up, being visible and investing time with clients to cultivate long-term partnerships and drive sustained business growth.
