A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Experience as General Manager
Previous experience in luxury hotels.
Strong understanding of Forbes standards, luxury service culture, and guest experience excellence
Exceptional commercial acumen, with a strong track record of driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning in luxury environments
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Strong Food & Beverage leadership, with experience overseeing multiple high-end outlets, signature dining concepts, and elevated guest experiences
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality and service sector, with a strong focus on personalized guest experience
- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Owners, partners, and key stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
