Culturally adaptable and emotionally intelligent, with extensive multi market expertise and a proven ability to lead diverse teams in complex environments, with strong preference of experience operating in Russia/CIS markets.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a deep understanding of luxury operations with a sharp eye for detail and commitment to anticipatory, personalised service
  • Ability to build strong networks and relationships with owners, contractors, corporate partners, and be a visible ambassadorial presence in the local community
  • Operationally strong and hands on, with the credibility to lead from the front, coupled with exceptional talent leadership to attract, develop, and retain top performers while embedding Hilton’s culture and values.
  • Robust business acumen with experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning for a property of similar scale
  • Resilient and independent in judgment, with the ability to operate autonomously while balancing strategic vision with effective operational execution.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or Masters is required for the visa application process
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Russian would be an advantage
