What are we looking for?
A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Solid luxury General Manager experience
- Strong commercial background with solid operational understanding
- Required opening experience as General Manager
- Exceptional communication skills with gravitas
- Highly experienced in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar-sized property
- Solid people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to bring a team together on a journey, instilling the Hilton culture and values
- Ability to develop networks in the region / knows the Russian Market is advantageous
- Experience of repositioning / pre-opening will be preferred
- Previous experience in Russia or CIS will be preferred
- Russian language will be an advantage
