General Manager - The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years General Manager or Hotel Manager experience managing a full service property with $10M or greater in revenue.
- Demonstrate creative thinking in operations, revenue management and sales & marketing.
- Proficient in creating critical paths for the successful launch of new concepts, opening hotels, re-branding, and repositioning.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate a clear vision, set expectations, and provide constructive feedback to drive team performance.
- Experience in cultivating and promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace environment where every team member feels valued and heard.
- Proactively engage sales and marketing initiatives and strategies, leveraging collaborative efforts to enhance local relationships, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Renovation experience.
- Lifestyle/Collection hotel brand experience.
- Hilton brand background.
