General Manager - Signia San Jose

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualificaions:

• 3+ years of full service hotel experience managing a property of 300 rooms or greater
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving topline revenue
• Thoughtful people leadership in mentoring and developing high performing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hilton brand experience
• Local market experience
• Convention and group experience 
• Renovation experience

The annual salary range for this role is $260K - $265K and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
