What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years General Manager OR 3 years Hotel Manager experience at a 500+ room hotel
- Experience managing a full-service property with a minimum of $50M in revenue
- Strong convention hotel expertise/experience
- Dedicated to fostering a team-oriented environment and committed to improving team member and guest satisfaction scores, while also valuing the importance of driving engagement and building a strong culture
- Strong Front Office / Operational background
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to efficiently and promptly execute tasks while being responsive and proactive in attending to duties.
- Proficient managing a fast-paced hotel
- Hilton brand experience
