General Manager - Hilton San Diego Bayfront

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of general manager experience managing $100M+ revenue or greater.
• 5+ years of expertise within large group house setting.
• 5+ years managing properties with 1000+ rooms.
• Experience with union partnerships.
• Proven success in developing and mentoring high performing teams and driving team engagement.
• Strong revenue management and commercial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local market experience.
• Hilton brand experience.

The annual salary range for this role is $295K - $315K and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
