What are we looking for?
A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Experience as General Manager within a similar Resort hotel
- Experience managing a portfolio of villas and complex operations will be an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with innovative approach and experience in increasing profitability and driving the business commercially
- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar Resort property
- Strong communication skills with the ability of developing successful relations. Fluent in Arabic will be an advantage
- Solid people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to bring a team together on a journey, instilling the Hilton culture and values
- Strong owner management with demonstrable influence skills
- Dynamic and proactive approach with solid experience as an agent of change
- Proven experience in delivering results with an eye for details and quality
- Experience in GCC will be an advantage
