- Minimum Education: college degree or equivalent. Hospitality/Travel/leisure industry management professional.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
- Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability
- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Resourceful, creative and able to maintain flexibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
