What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ General Manager OR 3 years’ Hotel Manager experience managing a property with $15M or greater in revenue and 200+ rooms.
  • Experience managing union partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing CAPEX projects and budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team member culture.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hilton brand expertise.
  • Local market.

The annual salary range for this role is $185K - $200K and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
