What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Hotel General Manager with direct responsibility for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience managing a full-service property with revenues of $100MM+ and 500+ rooms.
  • Ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team and driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results.
  • A multi-disciplinary background within the hotel industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a property with multiple dining outlets and banquet facilities with minimum of 75K sq ft of meeting room space.
  • Experience managing union partnerships.
  • Experience managing complex owner relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, public speaking, written and oral, with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guest, team member, owner, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global experience advantageous, working cross culturally with guests and team members.
  • Ability to communicate in other languages.
  • Local market expertise.
  • Hilton brand experience.

The annual salary range for this role is $330K - $360K and is based on commensurate experience.
