What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hotel General Manager or equivalent experience
- Experience managing a property with 100+ rooms and $3M or greater in revenue
- Strong commercial acumen with success in driving revenue
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong F&B background/experience
- Local market experience
- Hilton brand experience
