General Manager - Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa, Jordan

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial, Operations, F&B positioning, guest experience and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have previous experience as a General Manager within a resort environment.

A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Experienced General Manager and highly familiar with resort and complex F&B environments
• Deep understanding of operational environment with the ability to manage a very high-profile F&B environment and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership and guide owners confidently
• Strong operational knowledge from a people/leadership perspective - the GM needs to be "present" and lead from the front and build cohesive teams
• Exceptional people leadership and retention of talent - bring a team together on a journey and instilling the Hilton culture and values
  Passion for networking, being highly visible to foster networks and relationships  
• Experience of delivering exceptional guest exp and driving SALT scores
• Exceptional communication skills and presence 
  Strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability, managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
