General Manager - DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years full-service hotel General Manager OR Hotel Manager with big box (high volume) property experience
• Experience managing a property with $20M or greater in revenue and a minimum of 250 rooms
• Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and partnerships

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of the San Francisco Market
• Strong financial acumen with proven success in driving revenue at high volume properties
• Effective leadership in cultivating engaged teams and a track record of success in managing high-performing individuals
• Hilton brand experience

The annual salary range for this role is $230K - $250K and is based on commensurate experience.
