- Highly experienced complex General Manager with international experience from DoubleTree by Hilton brand
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability in international city destinations
- Strong business development background, ability to develop elite networks across
- Pioneering and entrepreneurial drive and ability to navigate complexity
- Exceptional communication skills with gravitas
- Highly experienced in developing F&B and Destination bar concepts.
- Experience of larger, high transient UK feeder market business
- Highly experienced in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
- Solid people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to bring a team together on a journey, instilling the Hilton culture and values
