What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership within a hotel company
- 3+ years of full-service hotel general manager or hotel manager experience
- Strong analytical and business acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with union partnerships
- Rooms or Operations expertise
- Experience leading capital projects, renovations and project management
- Understanding of island culture
