General Manager - Conrad New York Midtown

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will meet the following basic requirements:

• 3+ years of general manager experience managing a luxury property with $50M revenue or greater
• Proven success around F&B and service innovation on quality and standards
• Strong business and commercial acumen 
• Ability to build successful ownership relations and partnerships
• Thoughtful people leadership with proven success in driving engagement and managing high performing teams
• Proven success with union partnerships

It would be advantageous to have the following preferred requirements:

• Local market experience
• Hilton enterprise experience

The annual salary range for this role is $300K - $325K and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
