What are we looking for?

- College degree or equivalent.
- Hospitality / travel / leisure industry management professional.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels or 3-5 years as Director of Operations or Commercial Director working experience in international brand hotels.
- Strong proficiency in English to meet business needs, with the ability to do some translations.
- Self-Motivated, Resilient, Able to influence and motivate others
- Experience in Complex Resort operations, Remote location Operation, Lux experiences and service delivery, F&B operations.
