General Manager - Conrad Indianapolis
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years hotel General Manager OR 5 years Hotel Manager experience managing a full-service property with $20M or greater in revenue.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to maintain market share and revenue performance index (RPI) in response to new competitive hotel openings.
- Experience managing a full-scale renovation.
- Passion for building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.
- Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships.
- Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Luxury background.
- Forbes standards, training, philosophy experience.
- Acute attention to detail and a high level of commitment to delivering high quality standards
- Hilton brand experience.
