Join our team at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island as a General Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent service to our guests and internal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments, refunds, and petty cash disbursements.
  • Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with cashier training and provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service internal customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cashiering or accounting roles preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.
