The iconic Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is seeking a full-time Front Services Attendant to join their team! This beautiful, 458-room hotel is in the heart of Fairfax County's business district and is five minutes from the Metro Silver Line!
The ideal candidate for this position will possess previous driving experience, as well as a great attitude and a passion for teamwork!
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work AM and PM shifts as needed, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $24.06 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Front Service Attendant, you would be responsible for transferring and storing luggage, comprehends and abides by all traffic regulations while transporting customers to and from the airport terminal or other designed site and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintain driveway traffic flow to allow main entrance accessibility
- Reads luggage tags and provides claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery
- Escort customers to accommodations
- Organize and stores luggage as necessary in a designated area
- Picks up and deliver guest laundry to and from guest rooms in a timely, accurate manner
- Delivers morning newspapers, Zipout Checkout packets, mail, packages, faxes, etc. to specific guest rooms
- Delivers amenities to guest rooms
- Maintains and posts hotel reader boards and public area signage
- Cleans and polishes carts and other equipment used in the department
- Retrieves and inputs data from a computer terminal or utilizes technology provided in an accurate, error-free manner to assist guests
- Answers the Bell desk phone and provide information as needed, coordinates with guest service agents as needed
- Advises housekeeping as necessary to maintain a clean, orderly appearance of the main hotel entrance
- Clearly communicates guest parking procedures and applicable costs to arriving guests
- Drives hotel shuttle to both transport guests and run guest errands
