Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for Front Office Team Members to join our team! We are recruiting for fixedterm contracts (Särskild visstidsanställning, 80%) for JuneAugust as well as extra (Anställning för enstaka dagar).

Our hotel overlooks the Old Town and offers 289 guest rooms, extensive meeting facilities, two F&B outlets, and an auditorium used for events.

As a Front Office Team Member, you will be the friendly face greeting guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and memorable stay experience.

·         Provide warm and professional service during checkin, throughout the stay, and at checkout according to Hilton standards.

·         Support guests with questions and requests, offering clear information and helpful solutions.

·         Assist with luggage during arrivals and departures.

·         Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming.

·         Follow safety, fire, and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

·         Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to secure smooth daily operations.

·         Handle administrative tasks, including guest registration, room assignments, and payments.

·         Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

·         Stay flexible, positive, and calm in a fastpaced environment.

What We’re Looking For

·         A serviceoriented, positive, and welcoming attitude.

·         Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

·         Ability to multitask and remain calm in a highpaced environment.

·         Enjoyment of teamwork and supporting colleagues across departments.

·         Familiarity with hotel service routines or Hilton brand standards is a plus.

·         Minimum 3+ months of experience in Front Office or a similar service role.

·         Preferably studying or educated in hotel/restaurant management (eftergymnasial utbildning is beneficial).

·         Experience with Opera or similar PMS, and confidence using Microsoft Office, are advantages.

·         Availability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
