What are we looking for?
Front Office Shift leaders serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Proven experience in a front desk or guest service role within the hotel industry, with at least some experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in using PMS
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in guest information and financial transactions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
