Food & Beverage Service Manager

What are we looking for? 

A Food & Beverage Service Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

• 3 years managerial position in a 4 / 5-star category hotel.
• Pleasant personality and good at relationship building
• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge to improve personal performance. 
• Knowledgeable of Food & Beverage operations and skills.
• Ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets simultaneously, ensuring each operates efficiently, meets service standards and maintains quality control.
• Knowledge of hotel-specific technologies for reservations, guest management, and food inventory systems used across the property.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written to meet business needs.
• Ability to speak the local language
• Skills in managing guest complaints, troubleshooting service issues, and turning negative experiences into positive ones, maintaining a reputation for excellence.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure, ensuring service is not compromised during high-stress periods.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members towards work excellence.
