Responsibilities:
A natural leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team

Confident in leading service shifts and daily restaurant operations
Strong communicator who works well with both FOH and kitchen teams
Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

About You:
Have a minimum of 12 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
RSA certified and fired up for hospitality excellence
Bringing hotel event operations experience to the forefront
Fluent in English with a warm, professional service vibe
Polished, energetic, and ready to meet the physical pace of the role
Motivated, reliable, and adaptable — no matter the challenge
