What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily operations across our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring every guest and member enjoys exceptional service. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and keep everything running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the operations of our Food & Beverage areas
- Communicating clearly and delegating tasks to team members
- Ensuring brand standards and service expectations are consistently met
- Responding to guest queries promptly and professionally
- Championing your team’s needs and creating a positive work culture
- Supporting management to achieve financial and operational targets
- Assisting with training, coaching, and developing team members
- Contributing to annual and mid-year performance reviews
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and environmental policies
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain excellent working relationships
