Food and Beverage Manager- Hilton Cleveland Downtown
The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join the F&B Management team in leadership and execution of all restaurant, outlets. This four-star property, offering 600 guest rooms, is in the heart of Cleveland's vibrant downtown area. It is connected to the Convention Center of Cleveland, and near the sports arena, and other local attractions and entertainment.
The property features the Burnham Restaurant, offering upscale American fare, Eliot’s Bar for light fare and specialty cocktails and Bar 32 located on the top floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the city and Lake Erie. We are seeking a talented individual with strong leadership skills
What will I be doing?
The Food & Beverage Manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
