Compétences relationnelles et comportementales

-          Expérience de trois ans minimum sur un poste similaire au sein d’un resort 5*

-          Passionné par la relation clientèle, leadership, charisme, développement collaborateurs

-          Utilisation d’un ordinateur / Microsoft

-          Capacité d’analyse des données pour élaborer une stratégie

-          Capacité à gérer des situations d’urgence en restant calme

-          Travail en équipe

-          Français et Anglais courant

-          Expérience à l’international

-          Expérience au sein d’un groupe hôtelier mondial et reconnu
