Food and Beverage Duty Manager

What are we looking for?
A Food and Beverage Duty Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• OnQ Property Management System, and or Agylisis POS experience preferred
• Ability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekdays, weekends, early starts and late-night shifts
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Approved Manager and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
• Successful team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, ideally within a hotel setting
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and to time constraints
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
