Food and Beverage Attendant (Server) - Caribe Hilton
What are we looking for?
An F&B Attendant (Server) serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual: To be able to speak, write and read in english and spanish
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Computer skills to operate a point of sales system (POS)
- Mathematical skills to handle cash, debit and credit card transactions.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Hospitality experience in Food and Beverage department
- Previous experience of cash handling
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
