A Food and Beverage Administrator will maximise efficiency in the areas of Conference & Events Operations (C&E OPS) & F&D Venues supporting the service team’s in all areas to pull off highly successful Events & streamlined Venue service
What will I be doing?
The Food and Beverage Administrator will interact frequently with all team members, supervisors & Managers within the F&D Division.
Specifically, the Administrator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· * Build strong relationships with colleagues to fully understand their needs – be a point of contact to all TMs from the C&E/F&D departments, as well as TMs from other departments and queries about C&E Operations spaces, F&D Venues, agenda, deliveries & other.
· * Supporting interdepartmental relations and problem solving
· * Utilising Hilton Systems to ensure operational efficiency across the division
· * Work together with F&D Manager & C&E OPS Director in noticing issues, struggles and think of ways to better support the TMs individually and as a team.
· * Implement any necessary projects to help understand and control TM effectiveness.
· *Participate in hotel promotional activities.
· * Ensures the strictest confidentiality is maintained in dealings with all work-related matters.
· * Attend & prepare meeting minutes as & when required, participate as note-taker when requested.
· * Ensures that an efficient & accurate filing system, both manually & electronically is maintained at all times.
· * Mails, forwards & Scan documents.
· * Maintains office organisation & maintenance
· *Managing projects & conducting
· * Work closely with colleagues in a supportive & flexible manner
· * Closing out Banquet Event Billing & Invoice processing.
· * Updating Office Boards & Communication.
· * Departmental H&S record keeping
· * Perform weekly stocktakes and manage purchasing
· * All above tasks are a guideline and are not limited to specifications above. Additional Admin tasks will come as needed.
What are we looking for?

· * Demonstrated previous experience working in an operational position within a hotel, or in an administrative role.
