• Strong understanding of hotel industry financials and cost structures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel for financial analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial staff.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
