Finance Specialist (RTR)
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end RTR processes including journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all RTR activities
- Collaborate with hotel teams and regional stakeholders to resolve financial queries and support decision-making
- Contribute to internal and external audit processes
- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Deliver high-quality financial data and insights to support business performance.
