Finance Manager

- Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- Strong administration and communication skills.
- Proficiency, at an advanced level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft programs (Excel and Word).
- Demonstrated attention to detail, while multi-tasking and delivering work on time.
- Ability to work productively despite multiple interruptions.
- Demonstrated trust and integrity in dealing with cash, payments and financial reporting.
- Demonstrates positive involvement and interaction with the overall Hilton team both at an individual, team & management level.
- Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the guests always in mind.
- Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
- Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
- Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel.
