An Express 2 U attendant is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.


What will I be doing?

As an Express 2 U attendant, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greets all guests, provide eye contact, warm greeting, engage in pleasant hospitality during every interaction and provide a thank you for each transaction
  • Handles financial transactions accurately
  • Takes food and beverage order and inputs into POS system in accordance with established procedures
  • Delivers quality products to the guest in a friendly and professional manner and in accordance with hotel standards
  • Daily requisitions based on inventory
  • Maintain the area. Ensure that the area is clean and organized at all times. Including but not limited to sweeping the floor and wiping counters.
  • Set up order bags including all items needed (beverages, soup, condiments, pre-packed items, etc.)
  •  Retrieving food from the kitchen once ready
  • Check orders for accuracy before delivery
  • Call back guest if needed to ensure guest satisfaction
  •  Abides by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed

Pay Rate: 19.43
