What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of sales, catering, or events background 

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals

  • Strong prospector with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities

  • Highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly to manage fast turnarounds on contracts and client needs

     

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Catering or Sales experience within the hotel industry 

  • Knowledge of Delphi.fdc

     

     

Hourly Rate: $39.42 per/hour

Sales Incentive

Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. The quarterly incentive may have multiple individually weighted objectives, meaning multiple opportunities to earn a payout
