What are we looking for?
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with analytical expertise.
The individual MUST possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job:
• Ability to design and maintain data models for multi-level business reporting.
• Advanced / Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel (eg. formulas, pivot tables and VBA)
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Advanced experience with Power BI (or similar Data Visualisation Tools) and designing intuitive, dynamic executive dashboards.
• Proactive learning mindset and adaptability to new tools and systems.
• Commercial and operational understanding and experience.
Useful / Advantageous additional Skills / Experience
• Previous experience within Hilton Corporate is preferred.
• SQL and / or SQL Server experience.
• Expertise in building automated data workflows, reporting, and insight generation using tools like Alteryx, Python, or R.
• Experience managing enterprise-level KPIs, including customer experience, brand health, commercial performance, and operational metrics.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear business stories and challenge assumptions to influence decisions.
