Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable GM/Executive Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and the executive leadership team. Anchored in the heart of downtown, just steps from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Georgia World Congress Center, Signia by Hilton Atlanta boasts 976 rooms and over 106,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and demonstrate exceptional professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or paralegal experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Warm, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage shifting deadlines, and work independently.
  • Must be highly organized, team‑oriented, and able to work seamlessly with senior leadership.
  • Marketing and social media experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in Canva for presentations, flyers, and light marketing tasks is preferred but not essential.

Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM.

Pay Rate: The pay range for this role is $26.00 - 33.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience.

What will I be doing?

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for responding and providing administrative and clerical support to the hotel General Manager. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform taking notes and/or dictation, word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying
  • Prepares and types correspondence and fairly complex numerical/financial reports, as directed.
  • Maintaining appointment calendar
  • Answer telephones
  • Expedite correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Community Outreach and Event support.
  • Make travel/accommodation arrangements, process expense reports 
  • Opens incoming mail and distributes accordingly. 
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
