For internal candidates - you will need approval from your GM/HR Manager to apply for this program and will need to be in your current hotel or corporate position for a minimum of 12 months
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

College senior graduating in the Fall 2021 or Spring 2022 semesters, with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in hospitality, business, or related field

Nine (9) months of cumulative previous work experience (hospitality industry preferred)

Nine (9) months of supervisory experience

Fluently speak, read, and write in English, and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch

Experience within the hospitality industry in one or more of the following sectors: Finance, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping or Engineering

Internationally mobile and open to relocation within CALA

Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher (or equivalent)

Nationality: USA, Mexico, Barbados, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Netherlands Antilles, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Peru, Trinidad or Uruguay
