What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic, ability to stay on task working from home
  • Ability to establish and master goals- work towards budget annual goals
  • Ability to identify and develop accounts

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Ability to travel (30%) to hotel properties per quarter, plus travel on sales calls and tradeshows
  • Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • College Degree preferred, high school or equivalent education required
  • Written and verbal Spanish expertise
