HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead hotel facing revenue management strategy for a portfolio of Managed hotels in the Americas.
- Lead and develop team members deployed to support the portfolio.
- Drive market share through strategy collaboration.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with RMCC Leadership and your team of direct reports.
- Partner with property level commercial teams to drive performance.
- Managed regional leadership on key owner deliverables and meetings.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Property and portfolio market share and budget achievement.
- Team member engagement and development.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Five (5) years of work experience in revenue management representing a portfolio of hotels (high profile assets over 1,000 keys)
- Four (4) years of collaborating with partners through data representation, interpretation and storytelling
- Travel up to 40%.
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Three (3) years of Director level experience
- Exposure to multiple commercial functions and/or a deep understanding of the commercial operating model
- Experience in a leadership role within Sales, Marketing or Revenue Management within a global organization
