Director, Program Support - Guest Messaging Platform

What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure, effectively balance multiple requests, and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
• Strong sense of urgency to respond to business needs and the ability to immediately adjust and reprioritize team responsibilities to fulfill needs quickly and efficiently
• Ability to identify problems, develop recommended solutions, translate data, derive conclusions, and form recommendations to executive-level team members
• Able to effectively communicate ideas using a variety of mediums; including the ability to clearly explain sophisticated analytical or technical topics to a wide audience who may or may not be familiar with the subject matter
• Strong collaboration and diplomacy skills
• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• Establish priorities, adhere to established deadlines, and delegate work to partners as needed, and follow through on all tasks
• Operate within established budgetary parameters and Hilton identity guidelines
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other Hilton systems
• Able to travel as needed-approximately 25%

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Eight (8) years of proven professional experience in the hospitality or travel industry
• Four (4) years of project management experience
• Four (4) years of leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Project Management (PMP) Certification or similar
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French
• Hilton Brand experience
