Director, Pricing - Asia Pacific
The Director, Pricing - Asia Pacific (APAC) will play a pivotal role in shaping Hilton’s commercial growth strategy across one of its most dynamic and diverse regions. As part of the APAC Commercial Services organization, this role leads the pricing vision and strategy for APAC portfolio, ensuring Hilton maintains a market-leading position in pricing excellence and innovation.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management and Commercial Services - APAC, the Director will act as Hilton’s regional pricing governance, driving strategic initiatives that enhance pricing precision, elevate commercial performance, and deliver sustainable value for hotel owners and stakeholders.
This is a leadership role that blends strategic foresight, analytical depth, and strong cross-functional influence to advance Hilton’s commercial agenda in APAC.
You will lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and governance of Hilton’s pricing strategies across APAC. This includes driving long-term capability building, leading regional pricing innovation, and ensuring short-term commercial success through optimal price positioning and execution.
The role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels – able to engage confidently with senior executives while translating complex data and technology solutions into clear, actionable commercial strategies.
You will be instrumental in positioning Hilton at the forefront of pricing innovation in APAC. This role will not only enhance near-term performance but also shape the long-term evolution of Hilton’s commercial capabilities – driving strategic advantage and value creation across the region’s diverse markets.
Work location will be in Singapore or Shanghai.

Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and drive Hilton’s APAC pricing strategy in alignment with global objectives and regional business goals.
- Serve as the key regional voice on global pricing strategy, influencing commercial direction, commercial priorities, and capability development.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Revenue Management, Commercial Services, and Technology to ensure pricing is fully integrated into Hilton’s commercial engine.
- Anticipate market shifts and evolving consumer behaviors, proactively adapting Hilton’s pricing approach to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Pricing Innovation & Capability Development
- Champion the development and deployment of product and pricing strategy for APAC.
- Represent regional needs in Hilton’s global pricing roadmap, ensuring technology and processes reflect the complexity and diversity of APAC markets.
- Lead initiatives that elevate pricing sophistication – leveraging automation, AI, and data science to unlock incremental value.
Performance & Commercial Impact
- Oversee pricing execution and performance across APAC portfolio, and ensuring strategies translate into measurable revenue uplift.
- Establish robust governance, measurement, and reporting frameworks to monitor effectiveness, compliance, and value creation.
- Drive the design and activation of data-led retail and promotional strategies to capture demand opportunities and optimize hotel profitability.
Leadership & Influence
- Lead the regional pricing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional and global leadership, contributing to broader commercial strategy discussions.
- Build strong partnerships with regional and functional stakeholders, to ensure pricing strategies align with long-term business objectives.

You have these minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Data Analytics preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or commercial analytics, ideally within a regional or global hospitality or consumer-facing organization.
- Proven success in leading large-scale pricing transformations or capability builds across multiple markets.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through data-driven pricing strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing senior executives across functions and geographies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
- Commercially astute and highly collaborative.
- Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing through insight and credibility.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and persuasively.
- Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.
- Up to 20% business travelling and when required.
