HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Lead experience-centric change management program, to drive adoption and deliver tactics to shift the behavior of intended audiences (internal corporate, hotels, owners, etc)

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Be a strategic thought partner with New Brand Commercial Directors, New Brand leadership and support teams, and any other team who may otherwise support the development and launch of a new brand at Hilton
  • Lead regular Change Management calls with cross-functional teams to support the discovery, development and implementation of change management plans for new brands

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Develop and execute a set of actionable items through targeted change management plans including change approach, communications plan, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan, as required
  • Develop, deliver and evolve communications strategy as well as plan to address the ongoing needs of new brands - this includes leading the development of the communications themselves, as well as any associated collateral (job aids, FAQs, content hub, etc)

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of professional work experience
  • Seven (7) years of work experience in organizational change management, strategic communications, project management or some combination of the above
  • Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience using PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and application including understanding and validating experience applying the ADKAR model
  • PROSCI/CCMP Certification, PMP certification, or similar
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, ClickUp or other project planning tools
  • Hospitality Experience
