Director Owner Relations

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts. This team specializes in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands!
As the Director of Owner Relations reporting to the Senior Director of Owner Relations, you will be the lead relationship manager for Hilton's largest ownership groups and operators across all Hilton brands in Canada. You will focus on delivering proactive, strategic support that drives long‑term portfolio performance and strengthens owner engagement.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Support a portfolio of large owners and operators as their principal contact.
- Monitor and guide performance of assigned portfolios, with a focus on Customer Promise metrics.
- Facilitate strategic discussions to align ownership goals with Hilton initiatives.
- Build trust-based relationships with ownership leadership, understanding their business models, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide tailored insights and solutions to support owners in maximizing performance and brand alignment.
- Lead high-level portfolio reviews and consultations, ensuring engagement and shared accountability.
- Represent Owner Relations at owner and industry events, including conferences and summits.
- Source data, create content and present in both internal and external forums, providing data-driven recommendations and business cases.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with Hilton departments and Owner Relations teams to integrate enterprise strategies into owner support plans.
- Collaborate to resolve complex portfolio challenges and elevate owner experiences. Share feedback and portfolio insights with Hilton teams to shape future initiatives and tools.
- Promptly communicate with executive partners account opportunities and pain points along with creating mitigation plans to solve.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Develop and implement proactive owner engagement strategies that support enterprise goals.
- Maintain an up-to-date Salesforce portfolio with critical notes, performance insights, and action plans.
- Contribute to special projects that enhance the Owner Relations function, including cross-brand portfolio reviews, executive briefings, and owner-facing resources.
- Influence brand adoption, operational consistency, and system contribution through data and relationship management.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of related professional experience
- Five (5) years of Hotel Portfolio Consulting and Hospitality Management experience
- Three (3) years of experience in a leadership role for a global company
- Three (3) years of experience partnering with property owners
- Experience navigating franchisee/franchisor dynamics
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience with the hotel development process, including financing, construction, design, and operations
- Understanding of Hilton systems including Salesforce, MicroStrategy, and Tableau
- Experience consolidating data points, trends, plans of action, and performance tracking into a clear, executive-level presentation
