Director, Owner CRM Technical Architect

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in an architecture, engineer, or technology design role in Salesforce
- Three (3) years of experience managing the direction and development of a product delivery team with multiple release trains
- Two (2) years of working with a Service Cloud and Lightning Experience configuration
- One (1) year integrating Salesforce.com (Experience Cloud) with external systems using the Salesforce API, as well as third-party integration tools (marketing automation, business intelligence, ETL)
- Experience in designing and developing standard and custom Salesforce applications (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Workflows)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Deep understanding of data modeling concepts and database design
- Salesforce or CRM certifications
- Experience with agile delivery
- Experience managing direct reports and 3rd party partners
- PM Certifications related to change management

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $120,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
